Flexibility was one strong ingredient in this course and this shown for example in a significant number of tee-boxes and large greens with different platform to hold diverse pin positions.
This enables the organizers of the event to easily adjust the course difficulty to the level of the players field.

If the handicaps average is high we could set the starting tee in advanced areas of the tee-boxes and place easy flag position in those generous greens.
If we have a Professional event, and the day is calm, we can set the starting points on the back of the tee boxes and place flags on the hidden spots of the green surface.
