- The main restaurant showcases the strength of local flavours, while adding a few international touches. Choose between a full or lighter meal, or some tapas, to enjoy with friends. A deliciously memorable way to experience the gastronomy of the region. The Clubhouse serves breakfast, lunch and early dinner, operating on a daily basis.
- AL SUD is the Michelin-star resort’s fine dining, headed by Chef Louis Anjos. An elegant and cosy space, guided by the art, rigor and expertise of an author’s cuisine, which invites you to a sensory journey at various levels.
Wine Tasting Journey
During this summer, Al Sud receive wine tasting afternoons every Mondays and Sundays, from 4PM to 6 PM. The wine tasting is conducted by the resident sommelier of Palmares Ocean and Living, leading you through the most emblematic wine regions of Portugal.Join our resident sommelier João Ferreira, rediscovering ancient grape varieties and wines, from north to south of Portugal in a surprising sensory journey.
