Terms & Conditions

Pace of Play must be adhered to at all times. Current pace of play is 4 hours and 30 minutes when considering a 4-ball. The golf courses reserve the right to pair up players to form 4 balls.

Proof of handicap may be required from all players at time of check-in, or to the starter and/or course ranger. The maximum handicap allowed is as follows – Men: 27 & Ladies: 36. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Golf Director

All players must have their own bag and set of clubs.

All players are asked to observe the “Etiquette of Golf” and respect any course repairs and maintenance.

Palmares reserves the right to temporarily close the course with no obligation to pay any indemnity in case of official tournaments, international events, adverse weather conditions or any other circumstance adverse to play golf or that may jeopardize the players’ health or security.

Rain Policy: The decision regarding playability of the golf course due to inclement weather conditions will be the sole responsibility of the Golf Director/Golf Course Front Office Manager. If a course is deemed unplayable or temporarily closed, clients will either receive a rain cheque to play another day or a full refund for the round(s).

Palmares regrets that it cannot offer refunds due to delayed or cancelled flights and personal injuries. Adequate travel insurance is recommended to cover factors outside the inclusive holiday arrangements.

Children up to 10 years of age are not allowed on the golf course, except if they have a valid handicap or if authorized by the Professional. All Juniors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Failure to adhere to the above requirements and conditions above may result in withholding guests from access to the golf courses without cause for reimbursement.

  • Up to 2 players: 72h prior first day of game;
  • 3 to 4 players: 7 days prior first day of game;
  • 5 to 15 players: 15 days prior to first day of game;
  • 16 players or more: 30 days prior to first day of game
• EN – Payments:
  • All reservations should be fully paid until the deadline date for free cancellation.
  • Payment may be done by credit card details via safe payment link or by bank transfer. Below are our bank details:

In the event of a dispute between a User and a service provider concerning contractual obligations arising from the provision of services, entered into between the established supplier of goods and consumers residing in Portugal and the European Union, the consumer may have recourse to a Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity.
