Palmares – Ocean Living & Golf continues to develop at the expected pace and maintains the investment for 2020
Currently, the new Panoramic Clubhouse of the resort is under construction and works are progressing at a good pace. The opening is scheduled for the third quarter of this year, as initially announced.
Kronos Homes has also started building two out of a total of eight Turnkey Signature Villas by RCR Arquitectes, the Studio that in 2017 was awarded the Pritzker Architecture Prize, the most prestigious international architecture award.
Preparations are also being finalized so that the construction of the 37 Signature Apartments, also designed by RCR Arquitectes will soon begin.
