Launch of Palmares – Ocean Living & Golf
On the 26th of September we launched the foundation stone and presented our latest project in Portugal, in the Algarve – the resort Palmares – Ocean Living & Golf.
The event took place at the internationally recognized Palmares golf course and was attended by over 200 guests, including the Deputy-Mayor of Lagos City Council, Paulo Reis, international investors and several clients.
Palmares – Ocean Living & Golf is a residential touristic resort, with beach, 27-hole golf course, hotel, villas and apartments. The project foresees the construction of 460 units, of which 103 will be exclusive villas and 357 apartments, but with a construction density of only 5.7% of its 200 hectares.
The Resort includes a new Clubhouse and two five-star hotels – one already in operation with 20 rooms and one under development with 152 rooms. There will also be an important set of sports and leisure facilities.
