Kronos Homes opens the new Clubhouse of Palmares – Ocean Living & Golf and continues investing in the resort

- The Signature Apartments, overlooking the golf course and the Alvor Estuary, started construction with more than 40% of sales off plan, to national and international clients
Lisbon, 25th of November 2020. Kronos Homes, Kronos’ residential real estate promotion brand, completes the development planned for this year at the Palmares – Ocean Living & Golf resort, located in Lagos, in the Algarve, by opening its new Clubhouse. The space was designed by the RCR Arquitectes studio which was awarded the 2017 Pritzker Prize, the most prestigious international award in architecture.
The new Palmares Clubhouse is the meeting point for all those who want to enjoy the unique lifestyle of this resort, located between the Bay of Lagos and the Alvor Estuary. The space has panoramic sea views, a restaurant, modern golf support infrastructures and full concierge services for golfers and property owners, as well as visitors.

Rafael Aranda, RCR Arquitectes founder, details: “Everything was thought out in detail, from architecture to furniture (also designed by us), safeguarding the natural beauty of the place and proximity to the sea, in a total fusion and respect for spaces.”
In addition to the opening of the new Clubhouse, the construction of 37 Signature Apartments, luxury flats that also count with the design of RCR Arquitectes, has also started. 40% of the sales of these apartments have already been secured off plan to national and international clients. The construction of the Signature Villas has also begun, with completion planned for the summer of 2021.
The total investment in Palmares – Ocean Living & Golf has reached 12 million euros in 2020.
The Clubhouse restaurant, with panoramic sea views, has capacity for 76 indoor and 26 outdoor seating. It is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, with a strong local influence and some international notes. In the spring of 2021, the fine dining area will be inaugurated by a Michelin-starred Chef.
