Our sustainable architecture luxury apartments adhere strictly to BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) specifications, ensuring exceptional sustainability credentials. Each apartment will meet a series of BREEAM sustainability criteria, including water/energy consumption savings, lighting/insulation efficiency and responsible construction material, among many others.
