Chef Louis Anjos
Originally from Minde, Louis Anjos built on his initial culinary training in some of the most highly regarded resorts and restaurants, including Bon Bon, in Carvoeiro (1 Michelin star). Internationally, he worked at prestigious London restaurant Viajante (1 Michelin star) and at Martin Bersategui restaurant (3 Michelin stars) in San Sebastian.
At Al Sud, he showcases the full range of his creative strength, exactitude and passion for cooking.
To lift the gastronomic experience to new heights, chef Louis Anjos proposes a tribute to local culinary traditions, whereby guests embark on a journey comprising 8, 10 or 12 tasting moments.
